The job

To manage schedules, arranges assignments, prepares action plans, analysis risks/ opportunities, gather necessary resources and communicates progress to team members
Ensuring the project of a company are completed within the restraints of time, quality and budget.
Responsibilities

Documentation of project, including tender document, contract document, bill of quantities all sort of paperwork involves for each event
To coordinate, monitor and follow up the progress of works of the project by liaising with client, consultant, vendor, sub-contractor And inter-department.
prepare weekly report and submit to director
join inspection with management representative
maintain a system of record to ensure adherence to company SOP
other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The candidate

must possess at least diploma/bachelor\'s degree in marketing/ communications/ PR or any relevant field
1-2 years of hands-on experience in offline events/campaigns
exposure handling online events/campaign is a plus
strong marketing sense and strategic mindset with proven experience in user growth
fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu
Ecell ent communication and interpersonal skills
able to handle multi-tasks with strong problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
passionate in events planning
