Job discription : - Preparing projects plans, schedules and budgets. - Identifying and mitigating risks that may impact project timelines, budgets and quality. - Managing projects resources including staff, equipment and materials - Monitoring projects progress and providing regular updates to management. - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards - Maintaining project documentation and records - Supervising and supporting the works of technicians, engineers and contractors - Ensuring the quality and accuracy of projects deliverables. Requirements: The following are the basic requirements for a Telco Project Coordinator cum supervisor : - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science (Network Computing) - At least 2 years of experience in telecommunications project management or supervisory role. - Experience in project budgeting, scheduling and resource management - Knowledge of telecommunications technologies, network architectures, and infrastructure. - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Leadership and team management experience. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Fluent in spoken and written mandarin, English and Malay.
