Job Description


JOB SCOPE

  • To handle conceptual design, 3D perspective drawing, presentation, and space planning.
  • To lead and supervise on ID team members, coordinate with, and consult other colleagues to design, layout, or detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems.
  • To handle works coordination with contractors and suppliers. (material selection)
  • To understand customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and needs for design.
  • To track and coordinate project progress till completion in collaboration with the Project Management team /BD team.
REQUIREMENT:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Interior Design
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Must have experience in fit out works (commercial, corporate offices, retails)
  • Preferably specializing in Interior Designing software (e.g., AutoCAD, sketch up, 3D Max, Enscape or any other relevant design)
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated.
  • Well spoken & writing in English
  • Possess own transport.
  • Candidate is required to be on site
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
