Manage project management activities, and monitor progress of assigned projects throughout the entire project lifecycle to achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety and health management
Consult and cooperate with management, colleagues, cross functional team members as well as authorities to ensure timely completion of operational and functional goals
Liaise and coordinate with contractors and consultants on progression of work to ensure assigned projects achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety and health management
Determine risks, opportunities and plan actions and ensure they are implemented
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Oversee project procurement management
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate obstacles in the project.
Assists the Project Manager in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Job Requirement
Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
At least 4 to 5 years of experience in related field.
Strong understanding of entire farm project management lifecycle from acquisition to project completion
