Job Description
About the role:The Project Coordinator will take responsibility for coordinating, maintaining and ensuring the success of engineering and construction projects and programmes as part of the overall Project Team.What this job involves:
- You will work closely with project managers and key stakeholders to coordinate and report on procedures, and tools for the planning, monitoring, and control of projects.
- You will monitoring and reporting on work streams to ensure actions and issues are been followed up.
- Having excellent communication skills, you\xe2\x80\x99ll collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, and support the monitoring of performance of the project.
- You\xe2\x80\x99ll also arrange and attend project meetings, submit monthly reports, and monitor project budgets, so an eye for detail and a structured approach to tasks is essential
- Experience: 5-10 + years in document control, preferably in complex / large construction projects
- Comfortable and advanced user of BIM360 / Autodesk
- Education: Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or related field
- Skills: Document management and control, attention to detail, organizational skills, proficiency in document control software, and strong communication skills
