• Candidate must possess at least SPM, diploma/ advanced in related field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience is required for this position
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
• Required language(s): good in writing English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and efficiently.
• Able to travel and work mid night shift
• Able to work on weekend and public holiday.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Full-time position available.

Tanggungjawab

• Our projects are mainly shopping mall's activation events like warehouse clearance in concourse area and fitout works in the outlet. Hence, willingness to work late with flexible hours on weekdays, weekends & public holidays is mandatory.
• To plan, execute, coordinate & supervise the project's team & vendors such as mall's management, logistics, caterers, AV, deco, ID contractors, C&S contractors, M&E contractors,merchandise team and etc.
• Fully involve in the project's set up, operating and pack down of the project.
• Produce & manage the projects' reports & documentation including authority & mall work permit.
• To undertake any ad hoc task or assignment that is assigned by the management from time to time.
• To manage the project cost at the optimum level.
• No experience in the above work scope is welcome to apply.
• Experience in the above work scope and ability to analyse ID drawing is an added value so must apply.
