Assist the free flow of information between departments and actively participate as a member of the project team in improving departmental efficiency, reducing costs, sharing customer experiences and assisting in improving the quality of the end product and service.Key Activities and Accountabilities1. Maintain a variety of project management information and reporting systems tailored to support project managers requirements.2. Anticipate and prepare materials needed by the project in the standard company format.3. Analyse project information and produce timely, accurate project progress reports and resource utilisation.4. Participate in assignment and service quality meetings with clients as required.5. May be involved in collating content of project proposals.6. May be expected to draft reports; technical documentation and presentations.7. May travel to jobsite/project locations.8. Liaise with internal and external departments as and when required to ensure all questions and queries are resolved and liaise with Supervisor / Team Leader / Manager on any issues or concerns.Job Knowledge and Qualifications1. Hold a technical qualification2. 5+ years previous work experience within a related environment3. Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)Why Expro?People are the most important.
