Due to an exciting phase of growth, TechnologyOne is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Kuala Lumpur office and support our exciting Consulting team. This exciting new role will be looking for someone to start in our office in early to mid July 2023.

As Project Coordinator, you will be the central glue that brings the team together. Responsible for the administrative management and overall coordination of the projects, you will have a unique opportunity to interact with the entire business throughout the project\'s journey.

This is an exciting fast paced role that will see you make an impact across the entire team. Some of the duties of the role include but are not limited to:

• Provide a range of project management and support services, including preparation of reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans.
• Facilitating project communications
• Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting
• Take accurate meeting minutes
• Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans
• In conjunction with the Project Managers, work closely with the Product, R&D, Operations and AMS (Application Managed Services) teams to deliver great results

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to ensure stakeholders (internal and external) needs are met and to ensure productive relationships and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Prior experience in a Project Support role would be highly regarded
• Flexibility \xe2\x80\x93 you are comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking on additional operational tasks that may arise
• Outstanding attention to detail coupled with excellent self-directed problem solving and analytical skills
• You enjoy hard-work, but want a good work/life balance balanced between working from home and side by side with team mates in the office.
