JOB OVERVIEW:

The Project Coordinator Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the successful execution of projects within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. This role serves as a key liaison between management, project teams all business divisions, clients, and external stakeholders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved as planned. Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders. Identify project risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and meeting minutes. Ensure projects comply with organizational policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner. Conduct post-project evaluations and prepare performance reports for all business divisions. Planning and executing new/existing projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Management. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in project management tools. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Added Advantage:

Experience managing large-scale or multi-stakeholder projects. Knowledge of budgeting and procurement processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
