Job Summary As the Project Coordinator in MediaPlus Digital, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating projects from ideation through to completion. On a day-to-day basis, you will be at the forefront of project task recognition, followed by task dissemination and briefing of the relevant team members on the work at hand. You will be managing multiple project parts simultaneously within our internal web development team. An ideal project coordinator should help to coordinate the agency\xe2\x80\x99s people and resources to achieve efficient project completion. In essence, you are the glue that will hold our talented team together. Responsibilities:

• Gather and interpret project requirements to deploy resources in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Briefing all team members to ensure that all requirements and project deliverables are clearly communicated, understood, and executed.
• Actively tracking the progress of tasks within the project to ensure the meeting of all deadlines.
• Communicate project statuses among relevant team members on a regular basis.
• Prepare project documentation: Milestone Chart, Simple System Design, Change Requests.
• Loads manage resources and schedules while prioritizing deliverables to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
• Planning for and carrying out risk mitigation.
• Manage and deliver medium to large size \xe2\x80\x93 database driven & custom PHP web development projects.
• Work with project manager to understand project milestones, and timelines to manage resources for various projects simultaneously throughout each project\xe2\x80\x99s lifecycle.
• Arbitrate resource or task conflicts and create systems to minimize conflicts.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Mass Communication or any relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management, events, advertising, digital, social media, or client-facing roles.
• An outspoken and effective communicator who maintains effective communication between teams.
• An orderly and meticulous individual who constantly updates projects statuses, delegates tasks, and checks on the statuses of these tasks.
• Calm under pressure, capable of handling the pressure of tight deadlines or resource constraints.
• Logical and a problem solver, never overreacting to problems but instead devising the most efficient methods to tackle them.
• A flexible individual who can think of out of the box solutions to overcome project obstacles.
• Highly organised with a keen sense of attention to detail.
• Able to work well under pressure with last-minute changes and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Knowledgeable in HubSpot, creating dashboard, Power BI, or Tableau.
