JOB DESCRIPTION:

Collaborating with project managers to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Assisting in the creation and management of project documentation, such as project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Conducting research and analysis to support project decision-making and problem-solving.
Communicating project status and updates to stakeholders, including project team members, management, and clients.
Providing support to project team members, including assisting with training and troubleshooting issues.
Assisting in the testing and quality assurance of ERP software and systems.
Assisting in the implementation and deployment of ERP solutions.
Coordinating project activities and resources, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and updating stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
ERP Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ERP software and systems is essential, as well as understanding of key ERP modules such as finance, accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, and human resources.
Project Management Skills: Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, and MS Project is important, as well as experience with project coordination and documentation.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and solve problems is essential to the success of ERP projects.
Communication and Collaboration Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills are critical for coordinating project activities, updating stakeholders, and working with project teams.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with database systems, programming languages, and cloud computing technologies may be beneficial, as well as proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
