Project Coordinator

Job Description


We are looking for a highly-organised, dynamic professional to provide assistance to project managers to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.

You will perform various analytical and coordinating tasks, along with administrative duties. To succeed in this role, you should have good time management and communication skills, as well as analytical skills, you\xe2\x80\x99ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Besides that you will also be expected to provide supports un bid proposals.

Main tasks will include:

  • Support the project managers in all tasks related to project planning and administration.
  • Control all aspects of project documentation, utilizing various control methods/systems.
  • Create, organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Log, manage and analyse information on the progress of the project.
  • Ensure all documentation provided is as per Client quality formatting requirements. Formatting may include correcting templates, fonts and style, pagination and numbering and other activities that may be required to achieve a client\xe2\x80\x99s documentation requirements.
  • Ensuring that clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs are met as the project evolve.
  • Prepare, operate and update Document Control Procedures in line with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Document Management System.
  • Produce and maintain Document Progress Reports to Project Managers.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
  • Routine administrative duties like minute taking.
  • Ad hoc duties as required to assist the project team.
  • Support team on all bid proposals
Qualifications & Skills.
  • Practical / hands-on experience in similar roles of at least 5 years.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Basic understanding of Engineering / Procurement / Construction / Commissioning documents.
  • Self-directed and highly-motivated.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy.
  • Excellent MS Suite software knowledge. Knowledge of Aconex and Procore will be advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
  • Familiar with e-Document management systems
  • Data Analysis and advanced Excel Skills (desirable)
