• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction, glazing, or aluminum industries.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Tanggungjawab

• Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in the planning and scheduling of projects from inception to completion.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports. Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained promptly.
• Communication: Serve as the point of contact between project stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate the delivery of materials and installation schedules with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work. Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications, conducting site inspections as necessary. Assist in resolving any on-site issues that arise.
• Health & Safety: Ensure that all safety standards and regulations are adhered to on-site. Assist in implementing and monitoring safety plans and procedures.
