As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects. Your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWe seek a dynamic individual with robust business an IT project management experience to actively lead and manage business project resources, activities, schedules, and deliverables.These include the following:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Lead project teams, assign tasks and ensure clear communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Liaise with technical and business teams to understand application flow and limitations.
• Collaborate and follow up closely with other countries, local and global teams, and third-party service providers on project tasks including project plan and activities, gap analysis, development, and testing, change management, user acceptance, and training materials.
• Document and report on project status, outcomes, and lessons learned.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and exceptional communicator and comfortable in presenting to both business and technical executives
• Ability to relay technical information to non-technical users and elicit requester\'s needs.
• Possesses good problem-solving and analytics skills, with strong business, finance, and IT knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter, detail-oriented, and quality-oriented, able to work independently, self-manage, and required to lead certain projects.
• Experience in project management and knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban processes.
• Advantageous to have experience in e-commerce/e-wallet products.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Projects, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to establish rapport with stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a demanding working environment.
• Proficiency in spoken Chinese is advantageous.
