Responsibilities
Personal Assistant To Managing Director On meeting with client, site coordination, project management and facilitate all factory requirement
Lead with overall responsibility of the success of all project from design concept to design completion, working with key partners, budgetary management, project planning and implementation, technical and regulatory compliance and project completion.
Ability to lead a team of project members, coach and advise team members towards accomplishing goals, meeting established schedules and resolving technical/operational issues.
Factory & Site manager experience
Preparing project internal timeline, project construction schedule, monitoring and reporting on project related activities. Ensure adherence to project schedule, budget, productivity rates and established financial controls.
Responsible for managing clients\' expectation, ensuring project is according to schedule and budget.
Able to lead the construction design & QS team effectively.
Ensuring quality records are raised and maintained as objective evidence of achieving quality requirement;
Ensuring occupancy safety, health and environmental requirement are addressed and met at all time;
All variations order is duly verified, measured and approved by the client prior for IT implementation in the construction.
Ensuring all works are carried out based on established method statements/procedures and specification;
Reporting on the progress of the construction work and resolve all conflicts in a proper manner.
Coordinating with the project team in the planning and implementation of the technical requirements in the construction work
Must possess soft skills and problem-solving skills.
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principle
Attend all progress meetings and/or client progress meetings.
Develop recommendations and action plans to resolve issues/risks affecting or likely to affect the successful execution of the project.
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
