We build, reinforce and generate labeled data for Computer Vision (CV) models. We service the data labeling sectors across industries from manufacturing, retail, to agriculture and robotics. Role Description As a Project Delivery Executive, your role will be crucial to the growth of SUPA. You will report to the Head of Delivery and work alongside our Sales, Engineering, and Community teams to deliver high-quality labeled data at scale. You will manage client projects end-to-end with the support of the Delivery Team to ensure the highest standard of project delivery and day-to-day operations. Your role will demand a high work ethic, project and people management skills. Responsibilities To develop an understanding of Supa\'s process, systems, and products to drive positive and efficient outcomes to clients. End-to-end project management from setting up project guides, conducting quality checks & assurances, to providing annotator support. Monitor, forecast and make recommendations on client project delivery. Ensuring all project administration tasks are completed and in accordance with client and internal processes and governance. Formulate standards & execute work processes for daily operations. Participate in cross-functional projects within the team to drive process improvements or to share knowledge. Qualifications Between 2 - 3 years of working experience. Familiar with G suite applications. Strong organisational and planning abilities with efficient time management skills, able to multitask. Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn. A team player, able to effectively communicate with internal and external parties. A strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, innovation, and hands-on execution. A positive and open-minded attitude towards any challenges that may arise. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English. Must be Malaysian. Applicants looking for a fully remote position will be considered if located in countries outside of Malaysia.
