-- Project Development Executive

Company: CS Properties

Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing development projects. Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met. Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth operations. Help with documentation, reporting, and resolving on-site issues. Ensure projects comply with safety and quality standards.
Requirement :

Education - Diploma / Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture,

or related field

Experience - Minimum 2-3 years in property development or construction, ideally mixed-use or high-rise projects

Technical Skills - Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project (or similar), AutoCAD basics, and document management tools

Soft Skills - Strong communication, detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and able to multitask

across several projects

Language - English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage

Salary Range: RM 3,500 - RM 4,500 per month (commensurate with experience)

Performance-based bonus Mileage & site travel allowance
