Job Details

&Tab;Assist Senior Business Development Manager (Project Manager) in overall planning and execution pertaining to renovation and new outlet openings (concept creation, liaison with mall management, coordination with contractor, project costing etc) and include coordination across various departments &NewLine; &NewLine;.&Tab;Communicating project progress and needs to management/requestor within the project &NewLine; &NewLine;.&Tab;Schedule and participate in regular project meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps) &NewLine; &NewLine;.&Tab;Interior Design/Architecture background will be an advantage &NewLine; &NewLine;.&Tab;Experience in project/construction administration duties &NewLine; &NewLine;.&Tab;Able to travel to sites and able to work in male dominated setting &NewLine; &NewLine;.&Tab;Good writing skills and able to communicate well and c onversant in local Chinese dialect &NewLine; &NewLine;
