Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities- To develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, conduct market research, issuing RFPs, evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of project milestones.- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and vendors.- Participate in the acquisition process, including issuing RFPs and evaluating proposals.- Ensure that all acquisition activities follow relevant laws and regulations.- Work with the project team to ensure that acquisition activities are properly integrated into project plans and schedules.- Manage the procurement process and ensure that all procurement activities are properly documented.- Ensure that project objectives are met and that deliverables meet the required quality standards.- Manage project changes and ensure that any changes are properly documented.- Identify project issues and work to resolve them promptly.
