Requirements:

Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3-10 years working experience in Buildings, Underground Structures, Roads and Drainages.
Knowledge of AutoCAD.
Preferred candidate with tender exposure.

Scopes:

Manage and supervise the project job tas
Plan and monitor the daily and weekly job activitie
Prioritization and distribution of commonly shared resources including equipment and machinery
Check to ensure quality work
Coordinate the works of various subcontractors
Set productivity targets to subcontractors and supervisors
Consolidate the information from various supervisors to produce the site daily report
Develop / review the various construction Method Statements
Monitor the various construction material quantities at site to ensure on time requisition and delivery
Develop simple design and drawings for temporary works
Raise technical queries to Consultants on design issue
Review and check the Issued for Construction, IFC drawings for accuracy, completeness, clarity and error
Prepare and review as built drawings
Prepare and submit all site progress information to
Planning Engineer for monthly progress reporting to Client.
