Job Summary

IO Setia Ventures is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer (Fresh Graduate) to join the company. The ideal candidate will support project planning, coordination, and execution while learning key engineering and project management skills. This role provides strong exposure to real project environments and offers great growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities. Support project scheduling, tracking, and reporting progress. Prepare project documentation including reports, drawings, and technical records. Assist in liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Help in ensuring project compliance with quality, safety, and company standards. Participate in site visits and support project inspection activities. Assist in identifying project risks and supporting mitigation plans. Support procurement activities such as preparing purchase requests and tracking deliveries. Assist in project cost monitoring and basic budget tracking. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements

Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Mechanical experience or exposure (internship/industrial attachment) is preferred. Basic understanding of engineering concepts and project management principles. Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently and follow instructions. Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar engineering software.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
