Job Description
: * Initiate and carry out all site work assigned by the company.
- Submit site progress report, work program and documentation related to and required by site activities.
- Manage and prepare all required shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Manage and monitor project to meet quality, time and budgetary parameters.
- Manage QS Works - tenders and contract administration.
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Call for quotations, review and evaluate before awarding of contracts.
- Any other related jobs as assigned.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good working attitude, responsible, independent, excellent in time management
- Required Skill(s): AutoCAD Software, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
