Job Description
Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum Experience 2 years and above \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have previous experience in Interior projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 25 years old and above (Male) \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good inter-personal & communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the management and monitoring of planning, control and execution of all assigned projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate meetings with clients and sub-contractors to study and suggest solutions to technical / non-technical problems \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and directs project personnel, including sub-contractors and suppliers as and when necessary \xe2\x80\xa2 Visit project sites on regular basis to review project progress \xe2\x80\xa2 Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of M&E, CAD, Microsoft excel etc... Work Hours / Office Location Mon - Fri 8:30am - 6:00pm, Saturday 8:30am - 1:00pm (Office closed on 2nd & 4th Saturday) Office Location: Batu Pahat, Johor
