Job Description

• Site management, work coordination and inspection to ensure smooth implementation of project within specific time frame, budget and quality requirement.
• Ensure works are constructed in compliance to the design and specification as specified in the contract and drawings.
• Control and coordinate contractors and sub-contractors matters related to design requirements, modifications and variations.
• Ensure the construction works are completed with minimum defect and ensure defects are rectified within the stipulated time.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Township Planning or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years experience in site construction and project management
• Possess knowledge of project planning and scheduling
• Knowledge of CONQUAS / QLASSIC
• Good in leading a team of site personnel, contractors and sub contractors
• Site based in 16 Sierra
