Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist Project Manager in Hap Seng Land's projects.
• To assist in coordinate and follow up with the related parties to ensure the projects is completed on time, within budget and of the highest quality.
• To assist in planning or organizing project development activities i.e. development planning, development approval, and post development activities.
• To assist in monitoring the development program, work progress and development budget.
• To manage and prepare project documentation work.
• To assist in reviewing consultants' design and material for cost optimization.
• To assist in checking and ensuring the correct construction drawings are issued timely.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Applicants with minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experiences will be an added advantage.
• Positive mindset, committed, proactive and able to work in a team as well as independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Full time position is available, based at Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee, KL.
