: 1) Able to create and prepare and implementation program explaining on the process flow from start to the end. 2) Develop, foster, and maintain an effective partnership with government agencies and local authorities for all matters regarding property project approvals, project planning, commissioning and handover. 3) Responsible for presenting project details to authorities for all property related authority submissions and approvals. 4) Determine and obtain relevant permits, license, approvals, standards, guidelines, rules, and regulations to spearhead a project forward. 5) Able to understand all aspects of tendering, contracts, and construction. 6) Able to read and understand all aspects of project planning, architectural and engineering plans. 7) Work closely with the Project Manager and property development team to ensure statutory requirements are met and fully complied. 8) Obtained relevant approvals for the stage of project development until completion. 9) Able to manage the project timing, scheduling, implementation according to allocated time frame budget. 10) Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time. 11) Assist in the coordination of CCM progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Job Requirements: - 1) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Urban Studies/Town Planning or Architecture or Property Development/Real Estate Management or Quantity Surveying. 2) Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the property development or real estate industry, sales, marketing, and valuation agency. 3) Well-versed in project planning, feasibility studies, stakeholder management, and authority matter. 4) Possess and familiar with the understanding of statutes: Housing Developer\'s Act. Strata Title Act, Strata Management Act, National Land Code, and related legislation. 5) Able to work independently, innovative, result-oriented team player, and highly motivated personality. 6) Good written and verbal communication: - Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin, OR Tamil (Optional but an added advantage).
