Job Description


MohonKelayakanDigital Marketing ExecutiveRequirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Real Estate or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Digital Marketing in property development industry.
  • Strong written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
  • Attentive to detail, proactive, resourceful and a team player.
Customer Service ExecutiveRequirements:
  • Minimum SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Degree in Architecture, Business Studies / Administration, Property Development / Real Estate Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in providing call centre/ customer service/ concierge preferably in property development industry.
  • Good multi-tasking skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work 6 days per week (include weekends / public holidays).
  • Willing to travel / based in Kwasa Damansara, Selangor.
TanggungjawabDigital Marketing Executive:
  • To assist in preparing marketing plan strategy.
  • To assist in preparing new product launch or re-launch functions, include all marketing collaterals.
  • To conduct project analysis, market survey, feedback on market needs and latest trend in market.
  • Organise and assists marketing events, competitive promotional packages & Road Shows, etc.
  • Assist and coordinate with the site customer service team and attend to any sales inquiries.
  • To assist with basic artwork and graphic design for digital and physical marketing materials.
  • To liaise closely with creative agencies, media, and suppliers on A&P-related matters and develop necessary marketing materials and tools.
  • To manage the company\'s social media accounts and social media marketing/digital marketing activities.
  • To liaise with suppliers and any other parties related to sales & marketing activities for company products and services.
  • To liaise closely with management on reporting, recommendations, and discussion.
Customer Service Executive:
  • Attend to customers and provide sales advice.
  • Assist in sales administration work.
  • Attend to cleaners and suppliers as to upkeep the gallery.
  • Assist in marketing collateral for the project.
  • Assist in marketing study for the project.
