The core focus of Hasilwan\xe2\x80\x99s business is Power Infrastructure which comprises Transmission, Distribution, Protection, Control & Automation, Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, and Electric Vehicle Solutions. Leveraging on our technical and commercial expertise, our business diversification involves the development and investment of special infrastructure projects (i.e. Utility Scale Solar Power Plants). JOB DESCRIPTION: MARKETING:

• Develop and review marketing collaterals and materials for campaigns and ensure deadlines are on time.
• Manage, plan, and develop all marketing-related activities.
• Work closely with other operations and business development teams to ensure marketing strategies are executed.
• To work together with internal designer on task assigned
• Manage external suppliers, contractors, and designers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: A Customer Service Representative is the first person most customers communicate with when they have a problem.

• Must handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.
• Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications.
• To get updated time to time on the product knowledge.
• Preparation of documentation for reference purpose.
• Liaise with internal teams such as marketing, sales, project, operation, finance etc. to ensure that gaps in the customer experience.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• 2-3 years working experience is required for the above position.
• Diploma, Advanced/Higher in Marketing Studies
• Great problem solving skills
• Experience in Solar/Energy industries is a bonus for the candidates
