Tanggungjawab

• Create and run social media advertising campaigns on various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.
• Tasks include -
• Planning, developing and organizing advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives;
• Keep up with current online marketing trends and techniques to ensure that our campaigns are effective and up to date;
• Monitor and optimize daily social media advertisement performance to ensure that our campaigns are reaching the right audiences and achieving our marketing goals;
• Discuss, plan, and execute creative marketing strategies to promote our products and services;
• Understand our products and be able to provide detailed information about them to customers;
• Handle inquiries from customers and reply to them in a timely and professional manner;
• Follow up with customers from social media to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers to foster customer loyalty;
• Collecting and analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences;
• Interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends;
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor;
