Job Description

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or Project Executive, particularly in cybersecurity, IT, or a related sector.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal relations, and presentations.
• Capability to manage multiple, complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Project Management certifications would be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Scope Definition: Define project scope and objectives, create detailed project plans, and assign tasks to team members. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Client Relationship Management: Manage client expectations, build strong relationships with project sponsors, and regularly present project updates and results.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Keep track of project progress and resource usage, initiate corrective measures when needed, and ensure that project milestones are met within established timelines.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early, devise contingency plans, and adaptively manage project changes to optimize resource use.
• Team Coordination: Facilitate effective team collaboration and communication to avoid task duplication and oversights.
• Project Documentation: Participate in developing project proposals and execution materials. Ensure that client deliverables conform to the project specifications.
• Proposal Development: Craft detailed project proposals for clients and stakeholders that align with both their needs and our business objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee client communications, including project updates and technical advisories, to maintain high-quality standards.
• Project Evaluation: Perform evaluations after project completion to determine management effectiveness and incorporate improvements.
