Job Description
Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 To run a project by leading a project team to realize the deliverables of the project from Kick Off till industrialization.
\xc2\xb7 To plan and execute new projects assigned in timeliness manner to meet project objective / milestone.
\xc2\xb7 To procure materials / tools / equipment needed to construct engineering samples, customer samples, qualification samples and initial production start-up.
\xc2\xb7 To be accountable and drive for the achievement of project targets in term of quality, cost and on time-to-market.
Profile
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 More than 3 years working experience.
\xc2\xb7 Masters/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology, Material science) or equivalent.
\xc2\xb7 Candidates with either Package Development, Process Development, or Process Experience will be and added advantage.
\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills with all levels of people
\xc2\xb7 Able to drive the project as per customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirement in terms of timeline, quality & shipments.
\xc2\xb7 Good inter-personal skills and able to work well under pressure.
\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated, high initiative and achievement oriented.
\xc2\xb7 Practice high performance behavior and together work as Team in executing projects & strive for excellent.
