A project leader is an Individual Contributor who leads people and makes sure a project is carried through. The project leader engages the team, motivating them, taking care of their needs and maintaining a friendly and productive work environment.

Managing end to end project from Asian countries, responsibility includes: * Identify the project needs including conceptualizing, product development, project analysis, budgeting, pre- and post-production requirements.

• Manage resources and information on the project by being the point of contact to communicate project status to all participants.
• Schedule and plan meetings related to project activities or scopes.
• Liaise with internal and external resources on the project needs including editorial/content needs and all production needs including design, printing etc.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• To ensure final output meets the high quality expected of the brand.
• Manage the expectations of the internal education team and customers as the project evolves.
• Provide options/alternatives solutions that are ideal and practical to solve any problems that arise throughout project implementation.
• Meets cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least Degree in Mass Communication/Education/Art & Design/ Business Management
• At least with two (3) years\' working experience in project management.

Skills and Competencies:

• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Meticulous, detail oriented, and has an eye for detail and be very accurate in his/her work.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and prepared to work long hours if required.
• Resourceful, proactive, effective leadership skill and highly independent.
• Good working knowledge of PC and strong skill in Microsoft Excel.
