Project Management Office (pmo) Assistant

Job Description
:
- To facilitate related parties among clients, internal teams to identify issue occurring, locate root cause and align with resolution, precaution
- To keep track of the project timeline
- To foresee and function in resolving the risks and issues spotted
- To consolidate the statistics to draft the reports for internal teams or senior management
- To present and brief the project status, risks, issues in meetings
- Internal Knowledge documentation and sharing
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in IT / Business or any other related disciplines
- At least 1 year of experience involving in IT projects, insurance system projects will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
- Advance skills with common office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Familiar with project management tools (MS project, SharePoint, confluence, Jira)
- Fluent Cantonese speaker is preferred to liaise closely with Cantonese-speaking stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and with limited guidance
- Able to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment
