PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE PROFESSIONAL (PMO) - On Contract,
you will play a key role in supporting the daily operation of the project management through administrative and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
You will assist in preparation, compilation, organization and submission of project related documentation to internal, external suppliers and authorities.
You will be supporting the Project Manager in coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
You will maintain up-to-date and systematic filling system for all project documents, both hardcopy and electronic records.
You will be assisting and coordinate with project managers to gather data for reports, schedules, drawings, testing and commissioning documentation.
You will ensure all project documentation adheres to company policies, quality standards and client contracture requirements.
You will support for internal and external audit.
You will facilitate smooth communication between internal stakeholders, subcontractors, clients and regulatory bodies.
You will perform any other administrative works as assigned to support project management team.
Your qualifications and experience:
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
1 to 2 years of experience in administrative role.
Industry- specific experience in similar project administrative or project. coordination role within healthcare or construction industry is added advantage.
Fresh graduate with strong proficiency in the needed skills is encouraged to apply.

Proficient in using MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively to meet deadline.
Excellent in written and verbal communication and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Team player and able to work independently.
Proficient in document management. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
