We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Functional Project Manager and Business Analyst. In this dual role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects while also providing insightful analysis to support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, business analysis, and a deep understanding of functional requirements across various domains.

Key responsibilities:

1) Project Management:

  • Lead and manager end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
2) Business Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and define project requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Analyse complex business processes and systems to recommend improvements and optimizations.
3) Stakeholder Management:
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
  • Present findings and project updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
4) Documentation:
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including project charters, requirements specifications, process mapping and project status reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
5) Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the project management and business analysis domains.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends to enhance project delivery methodologies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in related field.
  • Proven experience in project Management and business analysis roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) and Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus
