We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager for the ASEAN region to join our team at Publicis Re:Sources. This position involves overseeing Business Services and IT projects, covering a wide range of initiatives within ASEAN (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and Philippines). Publicis Re:Sources functions as the shared service organization supporting various Publicis Groupe agencies, playing a crucial role in the efficient execution of Business Services and IT projects within the advertising, media, technology, and communications sector on a global scale. Key responsibilities : Key Responsibilities: . Manage projects within the ASEAN region with a focus on functional project management. . Act as the primary liaison between business teams and the IT department. . Leverage 5-8 years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on regional exposure. . Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. . Provide management oversight and contribute to strategic decision-making. . Utilize your expertise to enhance project efficiency and drive successful outcomes. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Qualifications . 5-8 years of relevant project management experience. . Proven track record in managing complex projects with regional scope. . Strong business analysis skills and ability to translate business requirements into digital solutions. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . Strong analytical and planning skills. . Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) and Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
