\xe2\x80\xa2 You take ownership of the project management of MBM online and direct sales projects and proactively support the respective project leads from business and IT \xe2\x80\xa2 You plan, steer and control project budgets and manage cost reporting in alignment with the markets, the central Online Direct Sales headquarter team, controlling and other departments \xe2\x80\xa2 You track milestones, identify and monitor risks and dependencies and take care of counter measures in alignment with the project leads \xe2\x80\xa2 You organize, prepare and facilitate local/HQ steering committees, management meetings, regular project lead and overall project team meetings \xe2\x80\xa2 You prepare high quality presentations, i.e. for steering committees, internal briefings, conferences, townhalls, trainings, market visits etc. including documentation and respective follow ups \xe2\x80\xa2 You take ownership of workshop preparations and moderations as well as documentation and follow-ups \xe2\x80\xa2 You take care of alignment and reporting of adhoc management requests \xe2\x80\xa2 You prepare and steer local project communication (intranet, newsletter, project mailbox etc.) and are eager to investigate & try out new communication concepts and channels \xe2\x80\xa2 You work closely together with the project and work package leads, the whole project team, the central ODS-team and other partners \xe2\x80\xa2 You assure the exchange of local best practices with the central ODS-team \xe2\x80\xa2 You are eager to learn and flexibly take other duties as assigned or proactively chosen by you \xe2\x80\xa2 You live our MBM core values and meet highest standards of operation in a compliant and efficient manner \xe2\x80\xa2 You will be empowered to fully bring in your expertise, creativity and digital skills to jointly ensure a successful project management, rollout and steering
