Job Description

• Execute small to large scale IT application projects or programs implementation, and actively manage all phases of the project according to the Standard Project Delivery methodology.
• Prepare & maintain project quality & risks plans and track progress against the plans, providing regular progress reports to the Customer and line management as appropriate.
• Establish project cost budgets, timeline and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project to the agreed terms of reference.
• Ensure all project activities & deliverables are aligned to the business requirements, and that solutions are deployed in line with the approved architecture & standard.
• Manage change control procedure by gaining agreement for revision to the project from project sponsors.
• Build & maintain strong relationship with various stakeholders and act as the principal linkage to the business with regards to steering group, committees & other business facing group and as part of the overall project management team.
• To provide minute of meeting after project meeting.
• Undertake and execute other tasks as assigned by Project Manager.
• Ensure after project go-live or successful implementation, the services no issue and smooth services to client. Consistently monitor and attend to customer feedback and resolve reported issues.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:

Education:

• Bachelor\'s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Project Management: 1 year (Required)
