Responsibilities:



Lead system planning, design, procurement, and implementation of the Loan Origination System (LOS) replacement, ensuring delivery within agreed cost, scope, and timeline. Manage and coordinate LOS initiatives with business project managers, internal and external parties including vendors, business users, and IT stakeholders. Maintain vigilance on details and risks to proactively identify, communicate, escalate, and manage project risks. Execute, track, and manage the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Support evaluation and procurement of systems solutions to meet business requirements. Ensure completeness of business and IT requirements through detailed requirement analysis. Oversee environment readiness and manage System Integration Testing (SIT). Review User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scripts to ensure quality. Enforce quality control by managing and controlling application object changes to maintain system integrity. Manage and coordinate deployment and implementation activities. Ensure compliance with internal control standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain SDLC documentation for new systems/enhancements as per GIS guidelines and procedures. Execute corrective and remediation actions relating to audit and compliance findings within deadlines. Guarantee that applications and interfaces are designed for optimal response time and efficient system resource use. Manage daily project activities including tracking timelines, monitoring project status, issues, risks, and change requests to ensure projects meet goals and scope.

Requirements:



Minimum 8 years of experience in IT application systems, with proven project management and implementation experience in banking or related financial application systems. Strong working knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience or knowledge of loan processing systems or Malaysia Regulatory Reporting & CRA systems such as CCRIS/CTOS/CBM is an advantage but not mandatory. Skilled in managing stakeholders and vendors effectively. Proven experience in leading and managing troubleshooting sessions from an application perspective. Capable of leading, managing, and delivering multiple projects simultaneously. Hands-on experience in management and system support of banking applications. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation, and effective problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience working with AIX or LINUX environments. Basic knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, or DB2 databases. Project management certifications such as PMP and/or PRINCE2 are required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
