Kelayakan

• Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in project management within the automotive aftermarket, workshop operations, dealership environment, or performance/suspension industry.
• Strong technical understanding of vehicle systems, especially suspension, alignment, tyres, and general service operations.
• Experience managing projects such as workshop setup, brand expansion, dealership development, product launches, or process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to plan project timelines, manage budgets, coordinate manpower, and oversee execution from start to finish.
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards, safety regulations, vendor requirements, and quality control processes.
• Skilled in coordinating with mechanics, technical teams, suppliers, manufacturers, and marketing departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing operational or technical issues.
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, ClickUp) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• High level of organization and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple workshop or brand projects simultaneously.
• Ability to prepare reports, project updates, budgets, and technical documentation.
• Willing to travel between branches, workshops, dealer outlets, or supplier locations when required.
• Possession of project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong passion for the automotive industry, especially performance parts and suspension systems.

Tanggungjawab

• Lead and manage projects related to workshop expansion, dealership development, and suspension product initiatives.
• Plan project timelines, budgets, manpower allocation, and ensure all tasks meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with mechanics, technical teams, suppliers, and contractors during workshop setup, equipment installation, or renovation.
• Oversee product launches, promotional events, and new suspension product integrations.
• Manage relationships with dealers, vendors, distributors, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Conduct site visits to workshops, dealer outlets, and partner locations to ensure project execution aligns with company expectations.
• Work closely with the operations team to streamline workflow, improve service quality, and enhance customer experience.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, cost analyses, and documentation for management review.
• Evaluate and improve workshop processes, SOPs, and overall operational efficiency.
• Ensure safety practices and regulatory compliance across all project activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for brand promotions, dealer training, and product awareness programs.
• Support R&D or technical teams in testing, assessing, and improving suspension products.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure alignment with company growth strategy.
