Company Industry: New Energy Industry, Lithium battery industry Job Responsibilities: Understand the relevant procedures and docking in the early stage of the project, understand the process of new plant construction in Malaysia. Have the experience of industrial plant construction. Be responsible for project site management (construction management), control the key factors of project time, quality and cost during construction. Familiar with local policy and culture, assist company to complete the project on time. To lead and control the workmen to carry out task for plant facilities. To conduct daily HSE toolbox talks or HSE related talks, communicate corporate HSE alerts To assist the engineers to perform planning and scheduling for the assigned works. To ensure all waste general are properly disposed in accordance to local regulations. To eliminate, reduce and recycle construction waste. To fulfill and achieve higher weekly and daily target. Managing project scope and change control with commercial or without commercial impact. Monitoring project progress and performance. Requirement: Experience in full life cycle large plant set up construction management Good communication skills and coordination ability\xef\xbc\x8c Required skill(s): Project Management, People Management, Supplier Management Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin (prefer). Some commitment during odd-hours/ weekends or Public Holiday is required, depending on project needs
