Scope & duties \xef\x81\xb6 To lead and manage the project team in the coordination and management of development projects. \xef\x81\xb6 To monitor the contracts and ensure completion of the works within the approved budgeted timeline. \xef\x81\xb6 To liaise and co-ordinate with all parties involved in the project including clients, consultants, contractors, colleagues and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of works \xef\x81\xb6 To monitor and review the contractors\xe2\x80\x99 program, progress and deliverables to ensure all requirements are fulfilled. \xef\x81\xb6 To administer all project related reports & document and the upkeeping of relevant document; \xef\x81\xb6 To establish and control all construction progress and ensuring all technical and engineering aspects of the building project meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 and statutory requirements. \xef\x81\xb6 The candidate must be familiar with local authorities\xe2\x80\x99 practices and regulations pertaining to development approvals, well versed with all laws governing property development laws, construction procedures, including management and security. Requirement: \xef\x83\x98 Candidate must possess at least a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; \xef\x83\x98 At least 5 - 8 years working experience in the construction of housing & other buildings is required by this position; \xef\x83\x98 Must have sound knowledge on different construction contracts, e.g. PWD or PAM contract; \xef\x83\x98 Required software skills: MS office, MS Project and etc.; and \xef\x83\x98 Strong leadership, interpersonal, self-motivated, good coordination & communication skills and able to work under tight schedule.
