Job Description

Salary: MYR 8,000 - MYR 13,000 Per Month

Location: Puchong, Selangor

Type: Full Time

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in construction project management.

Proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish (expected size of projects: >100 million).

Experienced in manufacturing plant construction is an added advantage.

Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Excellent Leadership, Organizational, and Communication skills.

Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills, with a High Attention to Detail.

Specialize in Construction-Earthwork and Infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership in Project Planning, Implementation, and Monitoring Project Progress until completion.

Accountable for ensuring project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and quality are met.

Oversee project budget and ensure project spending is within the approved budget.

Devise cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion.

Ensure permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project.

Report project progress to Project Director and Project Management Office.

Make strategic decisions and provide leadership/direction for project execution.

Manage risks to avoid delays or reputational damage.

Communicate with the Project Team and contractors, and provide supervision for effective project progression.
