What will your role be

• Planning, management of projects, meeting project commitments.
• Assisting in establishing a Project Management Office to Oversee Multiple Projects.
• Designing and implementing Project Document Templates. Develop methods to monitor project progress.
• Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
• Analysing the strengths, weaknesses, and risks of existing project plans, as well as recommending improvements.
• Provide consultation, training and support to new existing Viewpoint clients as required.
• Ensure project status, issues and successes are communicated to project team, stakeholders, sponsors, steering committee and all levels of management.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• At least 3 years experience and deploying Tier One Entity Administration, financial or accounting software.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Good understanding of business practice and processes.
• Experience in consulting with ability to understand and explain complex processes.
• Proactive and self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• PRINCE II certification is a plus
