Develop, implement and manage team metrics, evaluate team metrics and make recommendations to teams and management for improvements Drive the organization-wide agile adoption strategy and rollout plans Capture feedback and continuously improve enterprise Agile guidance, training materials, and content Enterprise Portfolio Planning and Management Client and team management Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutionsDevelop a detailed project plan and monitor progress Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects Oversee End-to-End Delivery \xe2\x80\x93 Solution, Implementation and Support Ensure that the quality of our offering is measured on a regular basis and is best in class Lead and coach a team working on mobile application products that push the limits of technology Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery Work in a fast paced environment, manage quality expectations against deadlines and keep your team motivated under pressure Prerequisites : A certified Project manager and 3+ years of work experience Experience or knowledge of Agile Methodologies Should be well versed with the design thinking process Usage of new tools and delivery methodologies is a must Must be able to work with multiple clients/projects with efficient mechanics of delivery management Strong communication skills and experience in facilitation Familiarity with responsive, adaptive or native design and mobile development processes. Experience in Banking, Financial, Telecommunication Industry and exposure to Mobile Technologies is an added advantage At least 3 years highly analogous and hands-on experience managing a software development team in platform or enterprise technologies Experience as a Scrum Master is a plus Technical expertise is a plus At least 3 years of experience directly managing people Required Skill(s): UI/UX, Project management, Agile, Application Delivery
