Develop solution concepts and business cases for new investments
Together with other IT members, responsible to identify and evaluation appropriate solution that is robust, sustainable and value add according to Digital roadmap that is compliance to the overall IT architecture.
Drive and/or Involve in RFI, RFQ, RFP and POV activities of new Digital solutions
Prepare and document proposal to justify selection of Digital solutions
Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs.
Project Implementation
Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs.
Develop and update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedule and staffing.
Work with various teams and vendors to ensure all aspect of the projects are defined and delivered
Provide regular update to project steering committee and key stakeholders meeting
Manage Issue and risk management
Manage Change Request and deviation of project scope, timeline and budget
Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables
As Change Agent in the Digital roadmap and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization
Professional Experience
Experience in solution sourcing that involve complete cycles vendor sourcing which includes defining requirement, RFQ/RFP preparation, evaluation of digital solutions, Proof of Value and proposal preparation.
Hands on experience as system implementer for ERP and/or software development. Other systems implementation is an added advantage
Hands on experience in requirement study and testing.
More than 5 years of relevant experiences as an IT Project Manager in implementing complete application project cycle from Planning, Requirement Study, Development, Testing, Deployment, Cutover and Post Life Support.
Solid background on technology, with understanding or hands-on experience in either ERP, software development, Data platforms. Experience in handling various type of applications is an added advantage.
