Job Description

& Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage electrical infrastructure and wiring works for high-rise building
• projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee site activities related to electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire
• alarms, earthing, ELV systems, and related M&E services.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and local authorities to ensure
• compliance with project specifications and Malaysian electrical regulations (e.g., Suruhanjaya
• Tenaga, IEE wiring regulations).
• Ensure all electrical works adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards (e.g., MS IEC
• standards, CIDB requirements).
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and withinbudget delivery.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, work schedules, and progress reports.
• Lead site inspections, testing & commissioning, and handover for electrical systems.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment in coordination with vendors and suppliers.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support on electrical installation and
• integration issues.
• Ensure proper documentation, including as-built drawings, test reports, and O&M manuals.
• Liaise with clients, consultants etc to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Able to read, write and speak in English, Mandarin and Malay.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical works for high-rise building projects.
• Proven track record in managing full-cycle M&E or electrical packages in the construction
• industry.
• Solid knowledge of Malaysian electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and electrical design software.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
