Job Description

& Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage electrical infrastructure and wiring works for high-rise building
projects frominceptionto completion.
Oversee site activities related to electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire
alarms, earthing, ELV systems, and related M&E services.
Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and local authorities to ensure
compliance with project specifications and Malaysian electrical regulations (e.g., Suruhanjaya
Tenaga, IEE wiring regulations).
Ensure all electrical works adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards (e.g., MS IEC
standards, CIDB requirements).
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time andwithinbudgetdelivery.
Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, work schedules, and progress reports.
Lead site inspections, testing & commissioning, and handover for electrical systems.
Manage procurement of materials and equipment in coordination with vendors and suppliers.
Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support on electrical installation and
integration issues.
Ensure proper documentation, including as-built drawings, test reports, and O&M manuals.
Liaise with clients, consultants etc to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Able to read, write and speak in English,Mandarinand Malay.
Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical works for high-rise building projects.
Proventrack recordin managing full-cycle M&E or electrical packages in the construction
industry.
Solid knowledge of Malaysian electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and electrical design software.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
