Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Lead full-cycle project planning and execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management, to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams--Sales, Finance, Business Analysis, Product, Development, QA, Technical Support, and Customer Experience--to achieve critical project milestones.
Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
Present key project updates and decisions to stakeholders, clearly outlining trade-offs between scope, technical feasibility, and operational considerations.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, managing requirements, addressing issues, and handling change requests.
Conduct regular client meetings to provide project updates, gather feedback, and align expectations--ensuring detailed documentation of discussions and actions.
Build and sustain strong client relationships through proactive communication, transparency, and consistent engagement.
Partner with senior client stakeholders to ensure project outcomes align with their strategic objectives.
Evaluate and prioritize change requests from clients, internal teams, or regulatory entities, escalating major items to the Change Control Board when necessary.
Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and technical teams to assess change feasibility, risks, and business impact.
Maintain comprehensive records of approved changes, including scope updates and revised requirements, ensuring full traceability.
Compliance & Audit Management
Coordinate with regulatory bodies and stock exchanges to ensure compliance with industry regulations, security protocols, and audit requirements.
Support internal teams during audits or inspections and oversee the implementation of corrective measures to address audit findings.
Additional Responsibilities
Travel locally and internationally as needed to support project delivery, client meetings, and stakeholder collaboration.
Perform other related duties as assigned to drive business and project success.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of
10 years of experience
in project management or project delivery roles.
Demonstrated success in managing geographically dispersed teams across diverse cultural and functional environments.
Strong understanding of the securities, trading, or financial services industry
is essential.
