Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: Apply Kimberly-Clark\'s structured project management approach and methodology in leading projects including end to end planning of project high level milestones, detailed activities and establishing systematic record of project deliverables Monitoring project progress including financials, follow up with responsible parties on their action items and ensuring key milestones are reached and signed off by stakeholders Capturing actual performance against planned outcomes and ensuring that project deliverables meet agreed business case About Us Huggies . You\'re also a Bachelor Degree in Technology/ Finance/ Engineering related field with professional qualification related to Project Management, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Finance (PMP/ Agile/ LEAN Six Sigma/ Accountancy) is preferred. Essential Requirements: Highly motivated self-starter and takes ownership of projects and tasks Minimum 8 years hands on experience in leading projects across multiple functions in medium to large multi-national corporations with track record of delivering results while creating and maintaining an engaged work environment, preferable within Global Business/ Shared Services Staying current with best practices in project management, change management and continuous improvement along with determining how these can be applied within the organization Degree in Technology/ Finance/ Engineering related field with professional qualification related to Project Management, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Finance (PMP/ Agile/ LEAN Six Sigma/ Accountancy) is preferred Good command of verbal and written English.
